-September 09 Update-
Bailey & Shiner
Just thought I’d send a couple of pictures of the
“boys”.  We bought Shiner (the black one) for Kevin
for his birthday and then Bailey (the Parti) picked me
out to go home with.  They love to wrestle, play
outdoors and they love their treats.
Bailey loves to investigate all things that make
noises – hair dryers, leaf blowers, etc.
Shiner will hang back though.  Even though Doug
was not really ready to commit to getting a dog,
he has truly fallen in love with these little guys.
After all, what’s not to love?
Kevin has moved to Cypress and
we are taking care of Shiner
until he gets his new schedule figured out.
We did take them down to Cypress
to visit Kevin last week-end.
  They loved the car ride.
They are such sweet little guys
and I can’t imagine them not being in our lives.

Hunter M.

July 09 Update
Hunter's about 8 months old now and is full of life!   He's energetic,
very alert, and always at my side.  He still loves playing with Lexie, and plays with the cat as well, although she gets a little tired of
his horsing around.   Here're a couple of recent photos of this happy
little guy.

Hunter & Lexie

Hunter & Lexie

Here's the latest about 'little Hunter'....

He continues to have a very good appetite.  Life if mostly sleep, wake, pee/poop, play, eat, pee/poop, sleep....repeat
Today he and Lexie, my 1 1/2 yr old bichon, were actually playing together.  Of course I supervise play so it doesn't get too rough for the little guy.  She's been very good with him so far.  Even my cats are starting to get curious.  And Hunter continually wears a green cable knit sweater so he doesn't get a chill.   I'm not sure he knows his name but he knows my voice.

When it's time for potty (after a nap or eating), he follows me outside and dutifully goes on the grass, or sometimes the driveway.  Then we play a little outside but have been coming indoors quickly because it's so cold.  Only 2 mistakes inside today, which is excellent for us both.  He hasn't learned to use the doggie door yet but I think he'll be there by the end of the week.  He's extremely well-mannered and doesn't make a sound unless he's lost site of me or Lexie.

Just thought I'd give you a little update on Sugar. She's been in our family for 2 years now, and she is just precious! We love her more than words can express!! I've attached a few pictures of her (with our other mini Dusty).
Thanks again for our adorable little Sugar!
Here's one more picture of Sugar playing at the lake...She LOVES the water!

Dexter C.

June 7, 2009

Well, it has been about three weeks now, and I have to admit that our newest
member is an absolute delight! We actually went ahead and named our puppy
Dexter like we had first planned. He has been so easy to train and is so
smart! You guys did a great job and I'm so happy to have dealt with good
people so close to our home in San Antonio.
Everyone loves this little puppy of ours.

The photo was done by a good friend just a week after we got him.
Thank you guys for making this such a smooth transaction.

May 2009 Update

I just thought I would drop you a line and let you know how Dixie and Dallas are doing.
I know it has been a while but you know how life is.  There is just never enough time.
Both are doing very well and a joy to have around.

Dixie had her first litter and did very well.
I think she was calmer about the whole thing than Dave was.
Here is a picture of her 2 boys.

We have just had our first snowfall.  I thought you would like to see pics of Dixie chick and Dallas in the snow.
They are with the black that I held back from the last litters.
The AKC paperwork has already gone through
I am just waiting on the CKC transfer now.
They are just wonderful I have not done haircuts yet because
of the weather.  I usualy do not cut till spring and live with shaggy schnauzers all winter.
Its warmer for them if they have all their fur.

May 13, 2009 Update

I was out walking our puppy Paisley this morning and ran in to another miniature Schnauzer just two blocks from our house.   When I started talking to the woman we discovered that we both got our puppy from you, and she had nothing but high  compliments about her dog (named Ally now 3 years old).   She said her mother and sister bought two puppies from you as well and they both were extremely happy as well.    I just thought you would enjoy hearing some feedback from other satisfied customers.

May 11, 2009 Update

We are really very happy that we got our puppy Schnauzer, we named her Paisley and she is really growing.    Already at 9 weeks she can sit, lay down, shake (left paw) and other paw (shake with her right paw), and play dead.

We are including some photos and will send more as she gets bigger.

Bonnie

April 2009 Update

We thought you would like to know that Bonnie & Coco are both doing well, with Coco rapidly catching Bonnie in size and no longer able to hide below the TV cabinet.

As they have both now had all their shots, this weekend we took them to an indoor dog park where they were able to run & play with lots of other small dogs. They seemed to have great fun and slept all evening when we got home - a definite win/win.

February 27, 2009 Update

We thought we should let you know that the two little ladies we collected last Saturday (2/21) are settling in to their new home well.

The little one (Coco) insisted on trying to observe everything on the way home, whilst her companion (Bonnie) was content to sleep, eventually they both settled down when it started to get dark.

They slept straight though from the first night without a problem, however they do not like being separated as the attached photo's show so are currently sharing a bed.

As the week has progressed their personalities are starting to show. Bonnie is intrigued by mirrors and quite happy to cuddle when the opportunity is there, whilst Coco is quite the little nibbler - carpet, toys, humans, Bonnie.... oh the joys of puppy care!

We just love our little Mitzi. She is so smart and has put such joy in our lives.
She absolutely loves her new coat and sweater and thinks she has to have one on before she can go outside now.
She had a blast on Halloween greeting everyone at the door with her orange shirt with the bat on the back.
She has learned to put her toys in their basket and fetches her leash for us to go on our walks.
What a blessing.
Thanks so much for bringing her into my world.

Baxter

Baxter

March 15, 2009 Update

A friend of mine and I came down to your place
about 2 months ago and bought a male liver and white parti.  I think at the time he weighed about 3 lbs.
and followed me all around the cage,
which is why I bought him (even though he was more
expensive, I couldn't say no to that!).  I brought him home
and my wife was shocked at first, but it didn't take her
long to fall in love.  She kept saying, "look at his cute
little face."
We decided to name him Baxter Jameson Hill, which we
thought sounded Scottish.  Well, Baxter is doing
wonderfully and is up to about 7 lbs. 7 oz. at last vet visit.
He is very intelligent.  He can already sit and stay for a
long time and it didn't take long to house-train him
(although he does not like to go out in the rain).
I noticed that he looks just like his father, Hunter,
with the brown face and brown tail.
The liver color must not be very common, because when people ask me what color he is, and I say liver and white,
they usually look at me like I have 3 heads or something.
I just wanted to say thanks and send some pictures of him.

Shadow and Sassy

Shadow in the Snow

Playing

On March 1, 2009 I got to see my first snow, and in Southwest GA.
That is just crazy. Mommy put these silly sweaters on us at first,
but they got so wet from the snow, she took them off.

Sassy and I played and loved it the snow.
I dunked her one time and she chased me until she caught me.
She was able to roll me in the snow at that point.
We had so much fun with our human sisters playing.
I got cold after awhile and it was time to come in.
Sassy wanted to stay out, mommy had to chase her down.
Mommy and Daddy blow dryed us, and laid us in blankets by the fireplace.
We were both ready for naps at that point.

I just turned 2 on March 7th. We got ice cream for puppies and
they sang a silly song to me.
I am fixing to go through my 4th cycle, so I am pretty grouchy right now.
There are some moments no one can look at me or I growl.
Patience is what they need with me right now.
Then I will be fine.  Sassy is only a couple of pounds lighter than me,
she has grown since we first got her.
I think she might be bigger than before she is done.
But, we have become the best of friends now.
She loves to clean my ears for me.
She has joined us in the bed at night so I even have to share that now.
But, I really do not mind, she is fun to cuddle with.

I hope you are doing well in Texas.
We are ready for some of that sun here in Ga.
Cold weather is not for us, I cannot play outside as much
when it is cold and raining.
Daddy is builing a big fence so we can run and play all summer long.
I am going to go take a nap now.
Mommy and Daddy have errands to run so
I know it is my time to nap.  Take care!

March 2009 Update

We brought Carlos home in March of 2002.  Crissy was his Mom..........

He has been the best companion you could have.
We just lost our cat Precious a couple of weeks ago,
and Carlos really misses her.  They were extremely close....

It is wonderful to see all the happy owners and schnauzers
that bless our homes thanks to you!!

February 09 Update

Just wanted to share an update on my grandpuppy! He is a huge hit in Chicago and everyone has to stop and ask about him or play with him. He is tiny but has a HUGE personality and is super smart. He already is house broken, sits, and rolls over on command. His vet said he is just about as perfect of a little dog as you can get. They love when he comes in for his visits. He loves the snow, and people and other dogs . . . his heart is as big as his personality. There is a whole lot of love packaged in this little bitty pup! My daughter couldn’t be happier. Thanks . . . because of your personal care before we were introduced to him, it made his transition into our family seamless.

January 2009 Update

Happy New Year
I got Bailey from you in Sept. 2006 (and found a sister for her about a month later because one just isn’t enough).  I thought it was about time to send you some updated pics.  (I love them on the shaggy side and of course with usual bad timing I got their hair cut right before the first real cold snap!)
Look at the little SchnauzerBees!   I couldn’t get either of them to wear both pieces of the costume.
And more dignified and on their best behavior hoping they are going for a walk, or as is the case with schnauzers – more sniffin’ than walkin’.
Thanks again for helping me find the loves of my life.

Update - February 2007

As promised I had to get Bailey a playmate.
That is Little Lily with her - she is all black with a little white spot on her chest and she looks just like her mother who is also named Lily (I had picked the name before I found her!) Can you say spoiled? They definitely rule the roost!

Although Bailey is smaller she leaves no doubt that she is the Alpha dog; Lily is the timekeeper, she lets us know when it is time to go to bed as well as when it is time to get up.

Thank you for starting me on the Miniature Schnauzer path to enlightenment and fulfillment.

Finally getting around to sending you a note and a picture of Bailey. She is a joy, just as you promised. I'm not sure how I got along without her and can't believe it took me so long to decide to get another dog. She is full of joy and shares it freely. She thinks every person was put on earth just to love and pay attention to her and tends to get offended if they don't want to do that, not that we have met very many who aren't willing, I mean, just look at that face, how can you resist her?

She may have to have a playmate once she can survive not being the princess of all she sees. You may be seeing me again! Thanks for my little bundle of joy. She's a treasure.

Scruffy & Maddison

Christmas 2008 Update

We hope that this finds you well.  Wanted to give you an update on the two girls that we got two years ago.  Maddison and Scruffy are doing very well!!  My Mom moved in with us and we all will be headed toward Alabama in the summer so the girls are now together full time and they have become the best of friends and can’t do anything without each other.  They play and rough house and just enjoy being with each other and we just love to see that!

Attached is a picture taken on Christmas Eve with the girls in their Hawaiian lei’s.  Take care and thank you again for such wonderful additions to our family!

Maddison
Maddi

April 2007
I wanted to send a quick note to tell you about the two girls we got at Christmas. For my Mom, Countess Von Scruffington or "Scruffy" is doing well and has become a wonderful companion for my Mom. She is very well behaved.
And for us, Miss Maddison Major or "Maddi" is growing like a weed. She is ruff and tumble and very head strong. She is no longer timid that is for sure. She loves it here and has a great time running around with our daughter out in the back yard.
The girls do get together at least once a week and run around together and they get along pretty well, when Maddi is not taking Scuffy's toys from her! : )
Thanks so much for the joy these two have brought. I will try and get some pictures of them playing together next time!

Shadow - Christmas!
Shadow & Her New Sister!
Shadow Under the Tree
Shadow's Christmas 2008 Update

I am doing great and adjusting to Georgia okay. It is much colder here than in San Antonio, Texas.  My Mommy and Daddy got me a sister for Christmas. I was not to sure about this little thing invading my life at first. It is still wierd at times. But, she has let me know she is not going anywhere so I better like her.  My mommy still shows me I am her favorite, and we still do certain special things together.  Between you and I it is nice to have another four legged one to play with.  Sassy is sort of growing on me. She is really persistant and does not give up easily. So, I figured I better play with her to see how these humans react. It is funny to see them :).....I do it all for show right now!  I will learn to love her in time, but for now I will still have my moments of pouting. I know the ropes around here and  what I can and cannot do. So, when she is in trouble I just sit back on my pillow and watch, deep down I am smiling.  But, she is pretty smart she follows my lead and is learning. I sometimes feel like I have a magnet on my tail.  I still have the bed and she has the crate so I know I am doing pretty good. I can still out run her for now, but I hear mom say she is pretty fast for a pup.

My mommy has attatched some photos of me, I love the one with the Christmas Tree. They were decorating it and after we put the schnauzer ornament on the tree, I just hung out in my favorite spot.  The one of Sassy and I, was her second day at the house, that is why I have that look on my face. I really was not to sure about her.  The other one by the elf prop ( these humans and their props I tell you what?) I was just mad and pouting so I would not look at the camera on purpose.

Well, I hear Santa is coming soon and all us kids have to hit the bed. I wish you a Merry Christmas and just wanted to update you.  I really do have a wonderful life, I am spoiled rotten and get lots of love. I just do not like sharing right now.

December 08 Update
(Schnauzertex Note: In spite of the comment in 2007 that there wasn't enough room in the bed, they came back for Belle later that year!)
---------------
I wanted to send you an update & a picture of our babies.
We have had Buster Bear over 3 years now and he is the absolute best. He has been such a blessing to us.
We have had Belle now close to 1 year and she is something else. They have a lot of similar features,
but they also have very distinctive personalities.
Belle is smaller than Buster but she is a very tough
little girl. We were attempting to fold clothes last
night and Belle had to be the center of attention.
She is so dang cute.
Buster & Belle
Poinsettia
.

Buster had always slept at the foot of our bed, but when we brought Belle home. He was so upset. He wouldn't get in the bed at all. It took us almost 4 months to get him back to normal. His little feelings were terribly hurt. He has since recovered and now Buster and Belle are now a pair. You don't call one without the other.

We had to start a new tradition this week. We are trying to train them both to sleep in their little beds at night, next to the bed. As I had predicted there was not enough room for all of us in the king size bed.  We are doing pretty good so far. I think I miss them more than they miss sleeping with us. They have both been an absolute blessing for us both and don't know what we would do with out them.

Thank you both for these two wonderful babies.
May 2007 Update
I wanted to send you a picture of Buster. He is the joy of our life. Without him, I don't know what we would without him. He is so very jealous of the new grandbaby, but he enjoys having the babies very much as long as long as I am not holding them.
He is so loving to both of us.

Buster is fast approaching 2 years old. I would love to have another one, but there is not enough room in the bed for all of us as it is. He has been a wonderful friend to us. He is our baby and very much loved.

December '07 Update
Taysha wanted to tell yall Happy Holidays, and wanted you to see she is growing up. She is beautiful and I always get the best compliments on how handsome / beautiful she is

Taysha

(February 2007 update)
Just wanted to say hello and send you a couple of pictures. I think by far I have the pick of the litter, I have a very beautiful puppy. Taysha is doing great at 7 mos old and she wanted to say hello to her breeders!

Taysha

Taysha

(May 2007 update)
Just dropping a hello from Miss Barky Van Schnauzer (Taysha) and myself haha. Actually Taysha and myself are doing good...Taysha (born in July 06) is quite the little eater, she is about 15 pds right now...when I brought her home she was about 2 pds. I cant believe how much she has grown and so full of energy. Her favorite toy is a ball, she carries it everywhere and anything that squeeks.

Taysha I adopted a blk female schnauzer from your family almost a month ago and named her Taysha. Taysha has brought so much love and laughter to my home I am considering adopting another puppy....as soon as she is done with her potty training of course. Taysha has the cuttest personality I have ever seen, as soon as I get home and let her out of the kitchen she gets her toys one by one and parks them along with herself right next to me in the living room. Thank you for the perfect pup.

Emma

Emma & New Mom
November 2008
Remember me? I bought little Emma several years ago!
She will be 6 yrs old this December.
She has been the best dog for me!
My boyfriend bought a "dog jogger" for me (it's hilarious!)
and I often take her in the jogger (we call it a carriage)
and she loves it b/c it's roomy and she can still look out the front
and see everything! I still take her on walks so she gets her exercise
- the jogger is mainly for my really focused
walks/runs b/c she doesn't keep up
with me due to all of her sniffing and exploring :)

August 2007
(Schnauzertex Note: - Emma is one of our 'retired' mommas)

I adopted little Emma last July. I just wanted to let you know
that she is doing great! I love her so much and
she has become such a wonderful pet and companion!

Everyone that meets little Emma just loves her, too!
I take her on at least 1 walk a day and she is so happy
to be out exploring and smelling and running -
She is such a cutie pie! She is protective, too.
She barks when the doorbell rings and
she also tends to bark at men more than women –
haven’t figured out why????
I think it’s cute when she barks b/c she’s so little
but she thinks she is so tough – what a stinker!
My mom thinks she looks like a “cartoon dog”
b/c of the way she carries herself -her characteristic little walk and her little
curled tail– she is like a stuffed animal!
I constantly love on her when
I’m home b/c she is so darn cute!
You never have to worry about her b/c since I adopted her,
she gets lots and lots of TLC! She gets a lot of exercise, too!
She is sitting on my lap as I type this email.

Heidi & Liesl Dancing
Heidi and Liesl doing the
Schnauzer Shuffle.
They dance for hours like this.

November 2008

It has been quite a while since we have communicated with you, but thought you might like an update.  The "girls" are doing just fine and are great friends.  Even though Liesl is the smaller (black and silver), she is tough.  Heidi (parti) is bigger and more aggressive, but very willing to play underdog when Liesl wants to be dominant.  We love to be entertained by their antics which include "dancing" or "wrestling" - whatever they think that they are doing while on their hind legs with front legs on each others shoulders.

They have made 2 round trips to Maine in the summers along with a couple of our horses and couldn't be better travelers.  Not a peep out of either of them. I have to remind myself to take them out to "potty" when we stop!  Liesl is the vocal one and is great about telling us when it is time for a potty break.  Heidi rarely "speaks" at all, but barks at anything going on outside the windows.  Both have accepted the horses as part of the territory, but the cat is a different story.  Heidi tried to do her in this summer in Maine !  She just can't  seem to accept that she is part of the household.  Liesl only gets excited when Heidi gets worked up.  So, cats and dogs keep separate quarters.  Poor cat is 15 and really doesn't need the hassle.

When we are on trail rides in our living quarters trailer they get a special treat and are allowed to sleep with us in the bed!  The rest of the time they sleep in their crate together.  We look forward to the day we can allow them to spend nights with us at home (the cat has that privilege currently).  Meanwhile, they get lots of lap time and have their preferred positions - one beside and one on top of the lap.

Looks like you are still producing lots of cute puppies.  Wish I could handle a few more.  They are delightful!

Amber Napping
September 2008

Here is Amber taking her afternoon nap.
She does this every afternoon

You know Amber was 6 months old when we got her,
and she is a character.
Loves me to death.
I just do not see why it matters
to people if they are a little older.

Amber

( March 2007 Update: Amber joined her half-sister Ashley in December 2006.)

Little Amber is growing like a weed, not getting very big but she is a hand full. She is such a busy little girl, Bruce has a hard time staying ahead of her.
We had the pool filled in, then it rained before we got the sod down, what a muddy mess. I know Ashley will probably miss it but they sure do like having a big area of grass to play and run in.

Ashley

Ashley

Here are some photos of Ashley in the pool, she is a real water dog. I call her my little water rat. She does love to swim and dive into the water. Bruce said there will never be another Ashley. She follows him every step he makes. In one of the pictures you will see a blue bear laying on the edge of the pool, that poor thing goes swimming almost everyday, then has to be thrown in the dryer. She jumps in with it in her mouth. In that same picture she is on the steps of the pool, she is getting ready to jump in.

Izzy (Isabella) is doing very well, very healthy, and is going to obedience school -- the instructor likes her so much she asked me to bring her twice a week instead of one, because there is a chiwawa (sp?) in the second class who was carried for a year, and doesn’t' know how to be a "dog."  Izzy just loves him.

Here is one taken after her haircut/bath today.  I think she is gorgeous!!

She loves her sisters, but seems to have bonded a bit more with Faith -- the one who has been fighting cancer and is doing better now.  My granddaughter Ashland, loves her to pieces and thinks Izzy is her's!!

Just wanted you to know she is getting along, and oh by the way, I do not know how you do it or did it, but she, to date has not had one accident in the house.  She follows her sisters out and does her business and then romps and plays with them.  She seems so happy!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a sweet and fun little girl!

Shadow & Family

July 2008

It has been a few months since I gave you an update on Shadow. We have moved to Newnan, Ga. Just southwest of Atlanta.  So, Shadow is now a GA resident with us.  She sure sniffs alot when we are outside. We are in an apartment right now waiting on our house to be built. She does not like to have a leash on when she goes outside. She is not use to that, but all pets have to be on a leash here. We have 1.6 acres she will get to run on when they are completed with our house next month. She is going to love that.

I hope things are going going good in Texas. We are enjoying the scenery her so far.  Take care. In the photos we were on a nature trail walking and took a photo near a pond. The close up, she was wore out after 3 miles of walking. She is use to 2 milles with me daily, I guess that extra mile did her in.

March 2008 -
Just wanted to send you a photo of Shadow and update you. She will be 1 yrs old on March 7Th, 2008. As you can see she is just like one of the kids and LOVES to cuddle.  I think her coloring has turned out very beautiful. She had little white when we got her, but she is a great mixture now.  I just started on line schooling. So, when I am working on classes she is on the big table looking out the window next to me.  You can see that in one of the photos. She loves to watch out the window. We have truly enjoyed her and I keep trying to convince my husband we need another one she can have a sister.......I check your web page for new babies often. I hope one day I will be calling to get another one for you.  I would love a chocolate or salt and pepper one.

Take care and again thank you for such a great addition to our family.

September 2007 -I wanted to send you an updated photo of Shadow.  She is such a fufu dog is what my friends call her. She is spoiled rotten but we enjoy spoiling her. She has grown so much, lost all of her baby teeth except her K9's. Her coat gets prettier and prettier I think. She has more white than she did two months ago.  She is a lap dog still and loves to cuddle with anyone. She is still pretty much a mama's dog. I finally got her to playing with another dog. She has a friend named Alabama, she is a schnauzer as well 2 mos older than Shadow and solid white. She still does not like the car. She does not like change and stuff moved around the house.   If we get something new she will bark for a few days until she realizes it is not moving.  I just wanted to say thank you again for a loving dog with in the breedline you have.

June 2007 - I just wanted to give you an update on Shadow. ...She is such a joy for us around here. She has definetly sparked things up in thes household. she loves to play fetch, run in the sprinkler and chase the kids in the yard.  ... She loves people and is scared of other dogs. We have dogs on both sides and she runs from the fence when they bark. She just now started barking back at them, but that is only if she is sitting behind me. She has turned out to be a Mama's girl.... When the kids were in school she would sit and watch them all leave school. The stairs were a challenge for her. She could get up, but would just whine for help down. She decided one day to conquer it and did a great job at it. We stayed beside her to make sure she did not fall. She is such a joy for us and I just wanted to say thank you again.

This is a great video!

Heidi is 15 months now and weighs in at 11 pounds.  ;) I thought you might enjoying watching a youtube video of her tricks at 10 months.

Luke (now 13) has trained her well!  Heidi is very intelligent and feisty (like Luke.)  ;)

She has many more tricks now and when he records another youtube, I’ll send it your way.

1st week at home
The first week we brought him home.

- May 08 -
They don't all stay small! We knew this one was larger than usual!

Good Morning Lloyd and Gayle!

We bought a puppy from you in February 2008, a chocolate parti-pup and we just wanted to let  you all know that he is doing great!  He is now 6 months, he was one of your larger pup's.  You were right Gayle, he hasn't grown too much but he has gained a lot of weight.  He weighs about 22 lbs.!  He loves to eat!  He is completely leashed trained and he is very obedient but he has a streak of stubbornness in him, not to worry, I got that covered!  We named him Harley Lloyd!  My husband couldn't stop calling him Lloyd even though I had already named him Harley so we compromised and we gave him a middle name!

So here's Mr. Harley Lloyd!  These aren't recent photos but I will send you some soon.
2 weeks later - 15 lbs!
This is a couple of weeks later. He weighed in at 15 lbs!
On Leash
Here he is coming back from potty on his leash!
Looking at the camera
Trying to look into the camera with those pretty green eyes!

We have had our baby for less than a week but I wanted to tell you how much we are in love!  Our little “Maggie” has fit into our family just perfectly and is doing really well.  I’ll update again when she gets a bit bigger but we wanted to share a pic of her in her new backyard.

Thanks again for a beautiful, healthy puppy!

Maggie

Klaus Hiding!
April'08
Klaus has started leash training. I thought you may like to see just how much he has grown since
February 12th!
He now weighs 10.5 pounds......an increase of over 4lbs. in four weeks! He is growing so very fast.

March '08 Update
Yes Klaus has become a handful, but he is in the terrible two's! I have resorted to pots for all my plants and they are now up on small outdoor tables that he cannot get to! He is constantly into something and chewling on everything right now, but I know he will outgrow it eventually.
He is such a blessing in spite of the mischief!

February '08

Lloyd and Gayle, thank you so much for the addition to our family......'Klaus' is fitting right in and making himself at home, as you can see from the photograph! Schultze is handling a new member nicely.

Willie & Rowdy
March 2008
I just wanted to say thanks for such a cute cute puppy.  I know I've only had him for 2 1/2 weeks, and I'll definitely be sending you pictures when he's older to update you...but I just want you to know that Willie is doing great at my house.  My daughter just loves him, but she doesn't love him as much as my other dog...They are best friends!  Lucky for me, since I knew my other dog needed a four-legged friend!  He is pretty much a genius when it comes to potty training!  Of course I have a doggy door which makes things way easier on me, but the only time he's EVER had an accident in the house is when it's raining.  He slept in his cage a total of one night, but I couldn't take it, and now he sleeps in bed with me and his big brother...my Yorkie, Rowdy!  I just wanted to say thank you for raising such an adorable dog, and I'm so glad I got my pup from you.  When he gets bigger I will send you some more pictures

Update November 2007
Roxy 2007
My Son and Daughter in Law bought Roxy from you a little over a year ago.
She is the best granddog a
grandmother could have.
Just sending you
an updated picture of her.

We bought our Duncan and Rose from you in May. They have grown so much! They are just the best dogs I’ve ever had. Their personalities are so different yet both loving and friendly and very smart. I wanted to show you how they have grown and to also let you know they are living in a good home! We love them and take them on trips to Petsmart and flag football games on Saturdays. When we go out of town they go to stay at Grandmas for the weekend because she wouldn’t have it any other way.

Just sending an update about Ami and Kai they are half brothers and we couldn't be happier with them.  We got them from you in August and they have brought so much joy to our home.  Thank you for such wonderful babies!

Abigail & Babies
I got Abigail, known as Abby, from you in early March of 2006. She is only 10 pounds and had a pair of twins Aug 13th.....  they are gorgeous and we are keeping the little girl, Elspeth, Ellie.  Angus loves her. And between feeding the pups, she is up here in my lap,.. She likes to sleep on my head (yes, I said my head) the most. Just wanted to let you know that she is a precious part of our family and I have passed your name on to others.
Great pups, wonderful friends,.....

-----2007 Update---
My sister and I were there in early July to see the puppies and she bought 'Trump' from you and Lloyd.  Well he is doing well and he met Max.  Actually, he spent a whole week with Max and I since my sister had to go out of town.  Well they got along better than I expected because Max is such an alpha dog, I was worried he would not be very friendly to him.  By the way, she named him, Hans.  I wanted to send you a picture of the both of them.  Hans is such a good dog, I guess since she got him a 5 months old, he already knew alot of commands.  When I got home from work, he was so happy to see me his whole butt wiggled with his little nub of a tail.  It was cute.

Also, Max's birthday is this month on the 19th and he will be 5.  He too is a great dog.  The whole family enjoys having them around.

Thanks again and we'll keep in touch.

It's been a while since I have written. I got Max from you about 4 years ago. He was the son of Burt and Emily born in Aug 2002. I have so enjoyed having him. I attached some updated pictures. For being four years old he is still very active and loves playing with his toys. He is very spoiled and loved by everyone in the family.

Hi my name is Oscar. I'm from Texas, but now I live in NY. It was cold when I got here, but my Mom got me a green coat. I met three friends today, they were big. I was scared of the first one, but he was nice. The last one was grouchy, but I think it was because he had to go to too many parties.
Love, Oscar
I just wanted to give you an update on "Oscar". I don't think I could have asked for a better dog. He was great on the plane only squeaked a couple times on the first flight and then as soon as I let him see me after I opened the top of his bag he settled right down and snoozed through the flight. In between flights a lady spied him and snuggled him for half an hour, I didn't think she'd ever give him back, thank goodness my plane was leaving and she finally had to give him up.

He went to the vets yesterday for his second set of shots and was a huge hit. He took a little nap up on the table while the vet gave him his shots! He is the perfect combination of laid back and spunky. Everybody loves him! He already knows how to retrieve his little squirrel baby and he went for a short walk on the leash today.

I adore him. Thank you so much.

Oscar Sept. 07
September 2007
Oscar just had a haircut and is looking so handsome (there really was a schanuzer under all that hair!) I just had to send you a photo of him. He's almost 6 mo. now and he is so wonderful, he's so friendly with everyone. I was walking him yesterday evening and a man driving by rolls down his window and yells "what a beautiful dog!" People stop me all the time to tell me how cute he is and ask about him. He's quite a character and he's made my life so much better.
Thank you.

Diamond has brought us so much joy since we had her. We purchased her from you back in November 2006. She has grown to be such a sweet young lady. Thank you again for our bundle of joy. We may be paying you a visit again to get Diamond a playmate.

Diamond

Just thought you'd like to see Owen and his new big sister, Baby. She adores him and he follows her like the sun.

Fancy's First Birthday.........
We just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you
know Fancy has been nothing but
joy to us. She is such a sweet and loving little girl.
And of course she gets pampered
just like a new born child.
I would recommend you to anyone
that wants a loving companion to add to their household.
Thanks again for meeting us in Houston.

Hello I thought I would send you a picture of Toby with his new friend. He is doing great fitting right in and very much loved.

I got Baron for my 25th birthday last November when he was 7 months old. He is the cutest dog with the best personality. Outside of going to work, he is my side kick and joins me pretty much everywhere. He does great in the car, in new surroundings, with kids, and has even made friends with my cat Maggie. I just love this little guy. Thank you so much for spreading the happiness.

Lou Lou Bear!

This is Merri. We got her from you guys in December 2006. She was born in August 2006. Just wanted to send you an updated picture of her. She is really a great little girl.

I get so many comments about how beautiful she is and how they have never seen a schnauzer in her colors. Even groomers say they have never seen such a schnauzer. Also people say they have never seen such a small schnauzer. She likes to play with the bark that comes off our palm trees as seen in this picture. She is almost 8 months now.

We are so happy to have her in our life. Thank you!

We just wanted to let you know that we love our Paisley. She has brought a lot of joy to our life and couldn't imagine it without her. She loves to talk and is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever had. Although she is a bit of a bed hog we wouldn't trade her for anything. Here are some photos of her at the park. Thank you so much

Here is my Lily all grown up now playing outside.

I love her she is a tiny little thing and loves me dearly !

She is only 7 lbs believe or not

I love her she sleeps with me every night !

Here is a photo of my Handsome Hugo! He was born April 8th, 2005 and I purchased him early June that year and he has grown up to be an adorable best friend! My mother is purchasing a little Parti of her own after meeting my cute little guy!

Update February 2007

Here is a picture of Hugo and Riley… I purchased Hugo 2 years ago in June of 05 and my Mom bought Riley in December of 06 and we love them both so much!!! They have brought so much joy to our family!

We purchased a solid white schnauzer in Austin going on 7 years ago. She is still the love of our lives! ....I'm so excited I found you! I did look on Zoe's papers last night and found who the parents were and was sure you were the right folks. She is such a dear to us. Goes everywhere with us, office, my folks...even on vacation! Sleeps in the bed with our daughter, but prefers sleeping with us...she's so incredibly spoiled, but we'd have her no other way! She has a wonderful life.

Just wanted to send you a few photos of Ginger. We got her from you Feb. 15 of last year. She is doing great and we couldn't have asked for a better dog.

Harley is doing great. No problems with the other animals. Harley seems to be the alpha. ........ He already thinks he should get all the attention. He is a pretty fearless pup, he walked down to the river with me onto the dock without a second thought. He loved his first boat ride, fishing excursion.

....We will keep sending pictures as he grows. I really can't thank you enough for bringing such a lovable dog into our lives.

February 2007 Update

He is the most lovable dog we have ever had. So he gets a little persnickady around other dogs. At least he learns fast and picks up tricks very quickly. He sits. lays. roll's, circle's, dance's, crawl's all on hand signals. He will do anything for a treat.

Just to let you know, Fritz is settling in just fine his new home. Potty training is proceeding with only a few mishaps when we wait just a little too long, and he sleeps the night in his little cage on a doggy pillow with hardly a peep. Soon after he's up, he drags the pillow out for playtime and naps. He's started to learn fetch with his toys, but it soon turns into keep-away which is when we quit. The sun coming through a dormer window makes a slow sweeping warm spot across the floor which he has learned to follow during nap times. He loves to lap sit / sleep especially in the evening.

He'll sit by the window and watch the horses in the pasture, which he attempts to intimidate by barking but is slowly learning he has no effect whatsoever. He's been introduced up close as well, and they think he is just something to sniff and pay no attention to his scolding. Kind of funny to watch him up on his hind feet, and them leaning down, and sniffing each other. We haven't let him loose yet, as he would surely attempt to move them around and likely get kicked.

A couple times he did sneak out the door before we could catch him, and he ran around just briefly and then came back when called.

The cat is totally put off by his nonsense, and has been relegated to the bedroom until more socialization can occur. We suspect this one may take a while

Just dropping you a line to let you know that Sir Raleigh Millington the 1st (Raleigh, or puppy #3) is doing very well in his new environment. He was very shy and timid, as you know, when we first picked him up, but he's very active and playful now that he's gotten used to us. We also got a kitten and the two of them have become best of friends

One of our Christmas 2006 puppies!

Thank You so much for our baby!!!!!! She has made us so happy. You were right she didn't hit the ground very often and still doesn't. She has quite a personality and she rules the roost!!!! She loves people and loves to be with us, she has really made us happy. I'm sending a few pics of her when we first got her and now her first snow!!! Thank You So Much!!!!!

We just wanted to thank you for the new addition to our family.

We adopted a female Parti from you on Jan 1st. We want you to know that "Millie" has fit into our family in the most perfect way. She is a wonderful addition and, I'm sure, she is loving us as much as we are loving her.

Not once since we brought her home has she had an "accident" in our house. She is quite comfortable going to the door and asking to both go out and to come back in when she is finished. We want to thank you for the effort you put into her and her training prior to us getting her.

This past Thursday she went to the Dr. to be spayed. All went well witrh that little venture and now she is back home and enjoying herself once again.

Its only been a month since we got her but already we know that its going to be a long happy relationship between us and her.

Here are some new pictures of Isabella. Her 1st birthday was Monday, and she got her hair-do done Wednesday so we took pictures. She is the sweetest thing ever and has the best temperment of any dog I have ever loved. Thank you for allowing her to be a part of our lives.

I just wanted to thank you both for the puppy ya'll gave to me. I named him Clark. He is so happy with his new home and has become very comfortable here. I enjoy his energetic and spunky personality. He is getting along well with our other two dogs,a great dane and a yorky. Thank you for giving me this little bundle of joy! You said that you had side shots of him could you send them to me so he can be registered. If not possible I was just emailing to thank you for Clark because he is exactly the puppy I was looking for.

Austin and I are doing great - he is so special - everyone loves him and he loves everyone - my kids and one sister fight over who has dibs on him - lol He is extremely smart and gets more beautiful everyday if thats possible
.

Finnegan just had his first birthday party so I thought I’d share a couple of pictures to show off what a cutie he grew into.
Finn is the most popular pup at doggy day care and has never met a stranger.
He’s just a super kiddo and we’re so glad he came to be a part of our family.

Just wanted to send an update and a photo of our dog Madigan--he was from the February 29, 2004 litter fathered by Duke. He is the sweetest little dog, and everyone always remarks on his wonderful temprement. He's our spoiled little baby, and we just love having him in our home . As you can see in the photo, he is the spitting image of his dad.

Here is a picture of Bailey, a female puppy I adopted from Lloyd on 04/18/06. She's been an absolute joy! She's a very well-behaved, calm little girl. I thank you both for her every day. I've had her for a month, and I can't even imagine my life without her. Thank you both so much for her.

(Schnauzertex Note: This is a different "Bailey" than the one above - popular name!)

Just wanted to send you a picture of Macey on her first birthday. We are still enjoying her just as much as we did when we first brought her home. She is full of fire and spunk and she keeps the whole house in order. Thanks again, for giving us the opportunity to own her and love her. Have a happy Thanksgiving.

We are having the best time with Zen.. She is a sweetheart, but stubborn sometimes. However, she learns very well and very quickly. Now we are learning no matter how cute she maybe we must show to be the leader of the pack. We are so grateful to you for sharing this experience with us
